Specialist
As we continue to grow as Finland’s leading loan comparison brand, we’re looking for a Specialist to our customer operations. We are looking for person who is ready to take ownership, move fast, and help us connect even more customers with the right financial solutions. You’ll be part of a small, agile team where your work truly matters. Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers in various ways
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable products and services
- Presenting products clearly and confidently emphasizing the customer’s benefit
- Providing exceptional customer service and strengthening Sortter’s reputation
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback to help us improve our products
- Working closely with IT, marketing and other teams to align our common efforts and boost results
- Helping to develop and refine processes as we scale
- A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in creating and enabling the best solutions for our customers and deep interest in customer processes and their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A growth-hacking and customer service mindset and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in customer engagement and retention strategies is a plus but enthusiasm and a growth mindset matter most
- Fluency in Finnish (English is also a big advantage)

Business Analyst
In this role, you’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping us improve our platform and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our developers, product owners, and business teams to identify opportunities and drive real impact. You’ll be part of our tech team, while your everyday work includes close collaboration with business and product owners. What you’ll do:
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical and analytical requirements
- Conduct impact and feasibility analyses to support architectural and development decisions
- Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and product owners to improve system efficiency and business performance
- Play a key role in testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement of our internal processes
- Identify business opportunities through data, helping us operate smarter and scale faster
- A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in creating and enabling the best solutions for our customers and deep interest in customer processes and their development
- Person with analytical and business minded approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can bridge business and tech with ease
- Experience on working with SQL and analytics tools
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, or modern cloud environments (e.g. AWS,) is a plus
- All understanding related to the software development space is seen as a plus. Keywords: Typescript, K8s, React, test automation, Agile, scripting tools, log management & monitoring, documentation tools
- Ability to work independently and courage to make things happen
- Fluency in English (Finnish is also a big advantage)
