We are looking for person who is ready to take ownership, move fast, and help us connect even more customers with the right financial solutions.What you’ll do:You’ll be part of a small, agile team where your work truly matters. Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers in various ways
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable products and services
- Presenting products clearly and confidently emphasizing the customer’s benefit in various customer contacts
- Providing exceptional customer service and strengthening Sortter’s reputation
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback to help us improve our products
- Working closely with IT, business, marketing and other teams to align our common efforts and boost results
- Helping to develop and refine processes as we scale
- A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in creating and enabling the best solutions for our customers and deep interest in customer processes and their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- A growth mindset and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in customer engagement and retention strategies is a plus but enthusiasm and a growth mindset matter most
- Fluency in Finnish (English is also a big advantage)

Senior SEO Specialist

As we continue to grow as Finland’s leading loan comparison brand, we’re looking for a SEO/GEO Specialist. We are looking for person who is ready to take ownership, move fast, and help us grow on the areas of SEO/GEO and their possible futures.What you’ll do:You’ll be part of a small, agile team where your work truly matters. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing SEO and GEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms
- Conducting keyword and topic research to identify new opportunities to grow Sortter’s organic visibility and authority
- Optimizing website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements to improve performance and discoverability
- Identifying opportunities to improve how Sortter appears in AI-driven search results and answer engines
- Analyzing website data and search metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Generating creative ideas and experimenting with new approaches to grow organic traffic and search visibility
- Collaborating closely with marketing, business, IT and other teams to ensure SEO and GEO best practices are integrated across the site
- Monitoring the market, AI search developments, and industry trends to keep Sortter ahead in organic discovery
- Helping to develop and refine SEO and GEO processes as we scale
- A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in search engines, AI-driven discovery, and data-driven growth
- A creative and idea-driven mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and test innovative approaches
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
- Interest in emerging search technologies and AI-driven search ecosystems (GEO)
- A growth mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content SEO and keyword-driven content strategies is considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in Finnish (English is also a big advantage)
